Ho già ripetuto almeno cento volte che da settembre mi iscrivo in palestra. La sento la mia voce che dice “devo fare qualcosa per il mio corpo”, “non posso andare avanti così”, “mi viene il fiatone a fare una rampa di scale”… poi però mi viene in mente quel che diceva Neil Armstrong…
